Normally within 3-5 workdays, provided the items you have ordered are in stock at the warehouse.
No not on products that are available to order online. We source these products from uk warehouse stock available for next day delviery (to us then we embroider/print and send on to you). If you have a bespoke order then there is a minimum order of 10 for each style – and an approx. wait time of 4 weeks.
Ideally a high resolution image, jpg, tiff, png, pdf – 300dpi. But we realise that this is not always possible – so provided your logo is clear enough we should be able to use it. Acceptable formats .cdr .pdf .jpg .png .tiff .svg . ai .gif
We charge £15 to set up new logos – this is a one off fee. Though if you spend more than £100 we will waive that fee.
