We use Royal Mail for the majority of all UK deliveries under 20Kg
Our standard Delivery Fee is £4.50 – Royal Mail Tracked 48
We use Parcelforce Euro Economy to send parcels into Ireland.
Parcel Delivery is £20 to Ireland.
Estimate 3 Working Days – however with Brexit and the additional customs clearance it may take longer.
Deliveries into Ireland will not include UK VAT. You may be required to pay the courier Customs Clearance Fee and Irish VAT before they will deliver your parcel.
Most of the items we sell are custom made and excluded from the UK Distance Selling Regulations.
What this means to you?
You will not be able to return any item, unless faulty.
If you do purchase an item that has not been modified, altered, customised in any way that you have 14 days to contact us for an exchange or refund.
